Prasenjit Roy - General Manager

A true people person. Prasenjit Roy has worked in the hotel industry for more than 25 years and in the Chicagoland area for more than 15 years. His genuine care for his clients has earned him a phenomenal reputation. Through his hard work and unrelenting determination, he has been credited with breaking many barriers for Indian restaurants in Chicago. His drive and joyful work demeanor make him a pleasure to work with and talk to.

Aurijit Roy - Manager

Although his youth may lead some to believe he is inexperienced, it is quite the contrary. Aurijit has worked in different restaurants throughout his young career. His curiosity and youthful energy provides for a highly motivated manager. This motivation and passion for work filters to each and every person of the Saffron team

Farid Qureshi - Executive Chef

A true chef. Mr. Qureshi has mastered all aspects of the kitchen. Starting out in India, working in extensive hotels, chef Qureshi has been a student to the best instruction available in this profession. This experience and knowledge shines through the Saffron restaurant and catering menu. With a creative mind that is unparalleled, Chef Qureshi creates a unique menu for each and every wedding that we have the pleasure of catering.

Lucas Rodriquez - Manager

Lucas has been running the place for last 15 years. Excellent knowledge of alcoholic beverages is next to none. Loyalty is his middle name, risen from scratch to this level of responsibility and position.
